An Appeal
Dear family,
As you all know, Nagaru Bomma is our family deity and many members of our family visit this temple time to time, from long distances within as well as outside the country.
During these visits, they have been feeling the need for a place to take a break, rest and/or
refresh, but currently there is no such facility in our village.
On discussing this issue with several members of our family, it has been felt that it will be
wonderful if we can all get a small guest house built there, on behalf of our family.
So we did some research, to assess the situation. This morning Gunturi Kalyan Ram, Gunturi
Nageswara Rao (Gunturi Chinna Venkiah garu's son) and me Madhavapeddi Sairam (grandson of Madhavapeddi Nageswara Rao garu and son of Suryanarayana Murthy), traveled to B.Kodur
and inspected the surroundings there. We also took with us an Engineer/Builder Mr. Kutumba
Rao garu, to get an estimate of the project.
There is already a small site opposite the temple, which is owned by Madhavapeddi family,
so that site will be an excellent location to build this guest house. The plan is to build a
two-storied building with facility for two shops on the ground floor and a big hall with an attached kitchen and bathroom for the use of our family visitors on the first floor. The income from renting
the shops can be used for the maintanance of the building.
The estimate given by the engineer to build this guest house is approximately 9 to 10 lakh
rupees ( about $22000 ). If there is enough interest and contribution from all of you, we will be
very happy to help execute this project.
